Why this category, and why we are not first
Sleep and wellness apps are a large, growing space, but Sleep Cycle's own 2025 report shows subscribers falling and sales down 5.2%. The leaders are tracking-first. RiseRitual is ritual-first: the alarm is the entry point to a short guided routine. We are the second wave and compete on the first five minutes of the day.
