The thesis
Why this category, and why we are not first
The 75 Hard challenge proved demand: more than 100,000 people completed it before its app launched, and the app hit #1 in Health & Fitness on day one. Yet that official app was recently adding only about 1.7K installs a month, a gap. Men's wellness is also a proven business: Hims & Hers reached about $2.35B revenue in 2025. We offer a more guided, more private version.

What third-party analysts estimate
Health and fitness apps, global revenue
Publisher-stated CAGR: +17% in 2025. Source: Business of Apps: Health & Fitness App Report 2026
These are published estimates from market-research firms and trackers. They are not SundayTech forecasts and publishers often disagree; where they do, both are shown.
We do not give medical advice. Supplement guidance will be framed as general information. Third-party install and revenue figures are estimates.

Where in the world
Where the downloads are
We aim to launch worldwide. Download volume is the best country-level data that is public across every category, so here are the ten biggest app markets and how each moved last year.

For 75hrd
75 Hard began in the US. Our priority markets are an editorial judgement: the US first, then India and the UK.
The $100 million ambition
What a $100 million a year 75hrd would take
A scenario, not a forecast and not expected revenue. $100 million a year in revenue in three years is the ambition we are building toward. This is the arithmetic of it: how many paying subscribers that takes at three illustrative prices. 75hrd has no such traction today and nothing here is a promise.
Illustrative price points chosen for the maths. They are not 75hrd's pricing. The numbers here are a scenario, not results.
